I had purchased a micromax modem (mmax 3529) on 16.04.11. It stopped working within two days. when I went to service center and they told it need replacement (job card no. 2012530: date: 16.04.11), they also told it will take 20 days. it is more than a month but they are making excuses. My complains are
1. they never pick up phone.
2. their response is very dull and non-entertaining.
3. they failed to service as per their promise.
why any company need more than a month to give a new modem in replacement.
