I have purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile on 27th july from planet M, Ludhiana. AT the time of purchase, I did not buy the memory card. I purchased a memory card yesterday, but the phone could not read it. The store guy asked me to contact the service center at Pearl Palace, Ludhiana. The person their told me that there is water in ur mobile so not covered under warranty. When I told them that the other functions are working and how can water be in only memory card slot, I am sorry to say but the 18 - 20 yr old girl manning the counter misbehaved badly and they refused to repair the phone. I can not get hold of any mail ID I can submit a complaint, I have submitted complaint on micromax website in enquiries section twice, but there is no response .. Kindly advise the course of action I shall undertake to sort out this issue
