HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX Q5 MODEL MOBILE ON 14TH MARCH.IMEI NO OF THE PHONE IS 910040051523525 AND 910040052028524. ITS ONLY 5 MONTHS OF USING THIS PHONE I AM GETTING THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE. THE TRACK BALL OF THIS PHONE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY ALSO SOME OF THE KEYPAD BUTTONS ALSO STOPPED WORKING, AND ON ONE DAY THE PHONE GOT SWITCHED OFF COMPLETELY, I AM TRYING TO CHARGE IT BUT OF NO USE, PHONE DOES NOT GOT START. WHEN I AM TRYING TO CALL ON THE NUMBERS OF THE SERVICE SUPPORT CENTER GIVEN IN THE BOOKLET I AM GETTING A MESSAGE OF SWITCHED OFF, PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST ETC.MICROMAX COMPANY IS A FRAUD COMPANY HAVING NO SERVICE CENTER, THEY HAVE GIVEN FALSE NO AND ADDRESSES OF THE SERVICE CENTER IN THE BOOKLET GIVEN IN THE BOX. THROUGH THIS FORUM I WANT A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY SO THAT NO OTHER PERSON WILL GET CHEATED ON BUYING THE MICROMAX MOBILE
