I am a Q5 user and was facing the following problems
1: Decrease in volume of speaker and ear piece.
2: Track ball problem
I submitted my phone to micromax service center
B-31, Near Koutions Showroom, Gopal Pura Baipas, Jaipur, Rajasthan
on 13th may Job sheet No. 1697016 and they told me that they will get it repaired by 16th. I called them on 16th they said the phone is not repaired. when i went their I found out that they have changed the trackball. but there is still problem with the volume of speakers. and in addition to that, some of the keys were also not responding. I brought up this matter to the person concerned. He took back my phone and told me that it will be repaired by 20th may. when i called on 20th may they told me that they don`t have spare of IC available. they started delaying the delivery by 5 days, 25th, then 30th then 5th and now they are saying to deliver it on 15th.
On 30th I called the customer care office. and there I registered a complain no. MMX3005114246
they asked me to wait for 7 days for the. when I called them today they are asking me to wait for 10 more days to get my phone. i cannot keep on waiting for it. i want my phone back asap. and if you are not able to do it send me a new one.
