Heandset Dead

I have purchase a Micromax Q7 phone at 15/10 but after 3 month it had been dead so i submit it in to the service centre for repairing on 12/05 and now they r not giving my headset whenever i ask about my heandset they say PATA NAHI KAB MILEGA . It is unfair and i m soo much upset... please
