I had purchased a MICROMAX Q5 fb ezpad mobile handset from Badsha Mobile Bazar (34, Kali Charan Ghosh Road Kolkata 700050 contact number 9831214681/9804566117) on 8th June Tuesday.

My set started giving problem reagarding the Message option, Opera Mini, WAP.
I had contacted the mobile shop regarding the problems but the properitor of the shop didnot take the responsibilty at all.
He ignored the entire problem and asked me to find out the Servicing station of the company.
I had to find the entire details through net as the booklet given had all wrong information.
I contacted the Area Manager Mr. Tamal Mondal phone 9932515220.He also ignored the entire problem.
I personally found out the service station by my own selfand gave my set for service on 24th June Thursday.

They had yet not given me assurance regarding the servicing of the Handset.
They are saying that they donot have the software.
I am in touch with the service station for the last couple of days.
I contacted them today i.e 30th June wednesday still they are not taking any kind of urgency in returing back my Handset in normal condition.
They are always having Excuses to give.
I had tried to get in touch with the Area Manager Mr. Tamal Mondal but he didnot receive my call.
Seeking for your intervention into this matter very seriously.
I am in need of this handset as it is for my official purpose.
