My Name is Amit I recently (3 months back) bought a new Q5 Mobile phone but right after 2 months it started having lots of trouble. The main function keys of the mobile do not work, the charger slots also have deficiency. When I addressed it to local services centre, They demands the service fee for its repair although it is in warranty period. I do not have any other option as the senior services manager was not ready to speak to me.
