Purchsed Q5 (imei :910535605454499, 910535605964497) on 23.4.11 in

Dombivli, Thane Dist., Maharashtra.

The instrument started getting hanged frequently and therefore given for service in Dombivli @ ur service centre Media Enterprises mob no. 9892777838 on 21.8.11 (Jobsheet no. W03000-811-149894) & received d instrument on 28th. August. But still the problem existed moreover the speaker was also not working, it was working only in handsfree mode.

In view of the above I once against given the Instrument for service at your service centre (MEDIA ENTERPRISES- Mobile no. 9892777838) - JOBSHEET NO. W030300-0911-179483 ON 2.9.2011. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE WORK WILL TAKE A MONTH AS THEY REQUIRE TO RECEIVE MATERIAL FROM MICROMAX.

IN THE MEANWHILE, WHEN I CHECKED UP WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE, TO MY SURPRISE, INFORMED ME THAT THE INSTRUMENT IS NOT READY. THEREFORE I CONTACTED YOUR OFFICE LAST WEEK ON PHONE NO. 011-44770000 AND GAVEN THE JOBSHEET NO. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE TILL DATE FROM YOUR END ALSO.

AS IT WILL BE ALMOST ONE MONTH NOW, TODAY I HAVE CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTRE (MOBILE 9892777838. THE REPLY IS SAME. BUT THEY WANTED ME TO JUST VISIT THEIR PLACE ON TUESDAY I.E. 4.10.2011. I DOUBT MY INSTRUMENT WILL BE DULY SERVICED BY THIS CENTRE AS I FIND THERE IS NO PROPER COORDINATION AMONG THE STAFF OF THE CENTRE.

I NOW REQUEST YOU TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR ABOVE SERVICE CENTRE AND REPLY ME ACTUALLY WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS AND WHY THEY TAKE THIS MANY DAYS AND ALSO WHEN I CAN GET MY INSTRUMENT DULY SERVICED. ALSO EXTEND WARANTEE/GUARANTEE PERIOD FOR FURTHER 1 MONTH TIME AS I AM DEPRIVED OF USING IT FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH

OTHERWISE, ARRANGE FOR REPLACE WITH A NEW INSTRUMENT.
