My handset Micromax Q7 is under warranty and stopped working. The chap from service center (Dombivali, Mumbai) told me that they'll have to change the motherboard of handset. So on 26th og July I gave my phone at Dombivali Center sayin that I'll be informed about the status of the phone soon (Mr Amol - owner of the Dombivali center). From that day onwards I've not received any call from their showroom, so I called 2 3 times asking for the status and i was told the repair could take 3 months or more. I asked about their area manager - Dinesh (09867928240), when called he was not even talking properly and cut the phone and is not picking the phone. It's been more than 20 days and i regreat that I bought Micromax phones... the worst quality and service similar to government...
