I had purchased a Micromax Q7 mobile set (IMEI NO. M_ 910058102536395, IMEI NO. S_ 910058102536403, EAN NO ; 8904132420663 ; SN: TIAQ703100126821
PURCHASED FROM :-- M/S RSB Associates, Hyderabad on dated 30.06.2011.
set has stopped working on dated 10/10 at 12 .35 PM . Its showing that IMEI NO. is invalid.
I contacted the nearest service centre M/s Apex Solution, Siliguri (W B). The service centre has shown inability to repair the same after check up and said that its beyond repair. If you want, we can send it our Kolkatta service centre of Micromax mobile for further check up and it will take more than 4-6 month in check up / repair but not sure to get repaired.
I contacted in customer care, with Mr. rahul, who says that you again go in my other service centre and then call me from there other wise no response.
My mobile set is under warranty.
whether Micromax will repair / replace the set or refund the money.
