Not giiving in exchange though its recently purchesed

My name is M.Arif, Teacher and has purchesed a new Q7 Micromax mobile with Bill No. 4271, on 20 june at night but it started giving problem on the very day, its battery back up was only three hrs within four days i contacted the authorised deler, Retail shop "Range Teleservices, K-17, Lajpat Ngr - II, New Delhi-82. He misguided me by saying you have not charged it Whole night. I tried Three more days, but useless. again i approched to him he said we can't change the handset., even he denies to tell me the service center nearby address, after four days effort he told me the address, i reached the Techno Care - I- 11, lajpat ngr -II, They've taken my Battery and charger said come after 15 days, i requested a lot but no effect even to the customer care, (the No. has been provided by the service center), the also denies to help even the guided me to go to the ConsumerCourt., if you want.

now, I'm suffering a lot, as i am a teacher and a Trainer all of my classes are depended on the mobile.

Please Help and pray for me..
