I am in possession of a micromax Q7 handset purchased from Balasore in the month of July. I am working in Indian Air Force. Just after purchase of Handset I got transferred from Allahabad to Suratgarh (Rajasthan) where I found the handset of my set is hanging now and than. Since than I have deposited my set thrice with micromax customer care (once in suratgarh and twice in Balasore) for repair but in vein. Just a few days ago I received the set back from Balasore micromax customer care stating that they have replaced the key pad totally and it will not create any problem but those words were found just a word of talk. Still now I am running on this problem and only one option is left over with me to throw out the set because I am not in one year warranty also. I shall request the micromax company to resolve my problem to stand on their goodwill and provide me a solution on my e-mail id [email protected].
