It is to share the inconvenience given to me when I gave my mobile for Servicing with warranty at the Micromax Servicing Centre, Kodambakkam, Chennai.
It was the case of just replacing Mic in the phone. The employees in the centre are keep on asking me to come on Wednesday of next week when ever I approached them after 15 days of issue. One day, I got response that they are not doing service any more in that centre for such kind of issue. If that is the case they would not take the phone before itself. Why did they take the phone for servicing and giving such response at the end?
The date of issue was on 02-09. I heard that the item is ready now but waiting for delivery from Delhi. It is been 2 weeks waiting for the delivery. I don't understand whose irresponsibility involved in this. Is it of Servicing centre of the people who work for Service somewhere apart...
