I have nokia n97 mini mobile phone.there was audio problem in my phone. i gave it to nokia care for service. till then my phone was in warranty period. they checked my phone, changed speaker and returned it to me.but problem was not solved. they said that we have checked it. when i got my phone, my phone was not working properly.even my touch was not working. phone was dead. they broke their nuts and fixed it with FEVIQUICK.
