Micromax x250
My X250 phone is not working properly

Dear Sir,

20 days back I purchased Micromax x250 mobile, It is not working properly,

day one onwards I am facing the problems, i am trying to connect FM radio: continuous disturbance sound,

trying to open Video files: Very slow motion, No sound,

trying to talk friends... they are saying very poor quality of voice, some times even they are not able to listen, In this phone there is no adjustment,

Connecting to Head phones... Continuous disturbance of sound, no clear voice...

If i goto the dealer, they will say, I need to goto service centre with that phone, If I goto service centre they will say it will take some time time to diagnose,

If anybody helps, to resolve these issues, Would be appriciated,
