No responce from service cnte

I had micromax X330 model mobile purchase at 28-06 from Nashik I got problem that my mobile is not going to start at 1-9 so I contact to my nearest micomax service center is name swami samarth mobile, vakil wadi, Nashik I gave my mobile to service center at 2-9 but no responses from his side and also no quotation and no exact period required for to repair my product so please help me
