Micromax/x 505
Poor service

I have given my micromax x 505 handset, which has incorporated problem in its touch screen, to one of your service centres located in malkaganj new delhi. i was told it will get repaired within a week or 10 days but now its over a month and i am yet to get my phone, the store has its own time table (most of the time its closed). now its over a month that i am without any cell phone which caused unstability in my life. your company has lost its credibility amongst us, the customers. and being a member of student's union now i promise to promote against your company or i may take further action against the company
