I purchase nokia c6-01 handset in 27th June for rs.14000/- which have range problem, phone locks up, not responding. i went to nokia care two-times nokia care repairs my phone and returns me on the same day but problem remains. Then 3rd times nokia care remains my phone for 15 days and give me back by replacing motherboard. the next day same problem started i returns my phone to nokia care. After 15 days give me my phone. Then same problem repeats and i go to nokia care asking them to replace my old mobile as it is not working properly. They kept my phone. after 15 days they call me and said " your phone is now repair, take your phone". In last five months my mobile was at nokia care for 50days and they don't give me any substitute phone for these period. I want a new handset and compensation for 50 days
