Handset Battery Backup

Hi, I am Sanjay Patel i have brought mocromax X550 (IMEI NO. 910544901905691). on the date of 27 MAR.Now I have problem

in my handset battery which is not working for more then 1 days, as per company details battery backup should me 6 days stand by & 8 hrs talk time which is not matchingwith my handset. I have submit two times in service center but they are unable to fix it. Please try to help me what i do?
