Inverter is not charging battary

I have purchased a Microtek Sine Wave UPS SEBz 850 (Serial No.

9HGWNB36172) on Nov. 2009 from authorized dealer Garg Enterprises,

Shop No. 30, Daffrin Sarai Complex, Padav, Gwalior (MP) because it is

a reputed company.

My UPS is not working properly from starting. Many times I have

complained to your microtek service center, Gwalior. All complained

are attended, some times set charging and cut off amp. etc. of

inverter and 3-4 times repaired card changed by service engineer. But

inverter is not working properly and not maintaining battery current.

Another UPS SEBz 850 is purchased from same dealer hardly 45

days before by my brother. Same problem is appeared. Both inverters

are in warranty period.

My friends are also purchased Luminous inverter before 2 and 3

years. They have not faced any type of problem in same locality.

I am much sufferer from this problem. It is bad effect for your

company. Therefore, I requested you kindly take action earliest and

changed my UPS. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer court.
