I had purchased microwave model no M1739N about six years back. Electric supply comes in microwave but switches of panel are not working, therefore it is dead like useless material. I had complaint to TOLL FREE no atabout four months back. Your engr has visited & inform us that its panel will be changed on chargeble basis & he will return back very soon along with NEW PANEL. I agreed for the same but he had not return back till the date. Several times i reminded on toll free no but all in vain. Kindly do the needful.
