my consignment no. is EE639011495TW which came from TAIPEI – TAIWAN on 11.04.2011

but how many days left i didn't get this consignment. and I also tried to call custom tracking office they told me our consignment is in custom under clearance.but still not clear from the custom.why it is going very delay for just the sample shipment?

please I request you to clear our shipment on urgent basis & deliver it as early as possible...
