Mobile reparing in warrianty

Dear Sir

We would like to inform you that I have given my mobile for repairing to your service centre at Ranchi. Inoice no -1578 dated- 17/03 costoumer job card no-1381440.

Yet today 27/04 I have not received my mobile.

So please check what is the real problem and inform me. When I will get my mobile hand set?
