Charging charges for reparing when it is in warranty period

I had purchased a mobile model no. NOKIA 7610 SUPERNOVA from M/s. Bhavsar & Sons, Zanda Chowk, Silvassa. on 14/12. I confirm from "Tangent Nokia Care" that by telephone and the confirmed after providing IMEI number that warranty period of my mobile is up to 14/01 therefore they will repair free of cost.

The mobile was having display problem therfore I go to TANGENT NOKIA CARE for reparing. When I hand over my mobile; was working but screen was not clear and looking half. But they (Nokia care) returned my mobile after checking with totally blank screen and damaged condition and asking about Rs.1600/- for reparing charges thouhg it is within warranty period up to 14/01.

When I ask to return my mobile as it was when I handover them, but Nokia care persons behave very badly with me and returned my mobile after damaging the same

I am looking for the justice for such miss-behave and harrasment.
