I have bought a Hi wall split Mitsubishi Airconditioner from Nova Industries, Mumbai before 1 year and paid Rs.41000/- towards it for 2 TR Hi wall split uniit. The customer service is very poor and iam still waiting for 10 days. I have not received any response from the company too.
I just advice the people to concentrate accurately not in buying the product but into service. Only limited or Private Limited companies do good service with guarantee.
It is advisable not to buy a/c from proprietorship companies inorder to avoid improper customer service.
