Mobile getting hang

Hi,

My mobile is getting hand. I observed that From some specific time (Mon - Fri) upto afternoon 1 PM.

I am really frustrated because this is very uncommon problem.

I have 3G connection on my mobile and When after 1 PM I restart my mobile Email Exchange works then WhatsApp also works.

Please suggest what to do?
