Speaker problem, repeating servicing

I am nagasesha reddy from surat i have a mobile (nokia n85 from jan 14). Problem started from speaker it is continuous to last 11 months. i went to customer care for repair they repaired 3 times no use it's repeating after one month my mobile warrantee will be complete then they will charge for service
