I bought a new Sony Erricson w20 Cellular phone from sheetal communication Faridabad. I got some problem after 10 days, it hanged 2-3 times n a day, when i was listening fm radio.sms option & when I open slider, the hand set got hanged, The joy stic also not working, i contacted showroom and told the problem, they told me to show this handset to the service centre, (RT outsourcing services (P) Ltd.
The service centre updated the software problem after keeping set under observation for 30-40 minutes, but the problem could not be resolved, kindly help me.
