Not working

I have Samsung GT-3310i mobile phone, is not working, battery is discharge with in 8 hrs.

For that i had approch samsung service center in baroda, Sai Comunnication, 2-A, Shree Complex, Shrenik park cross road, BPC Road, Akota, Baroda-390020,

First they say your battery is not ok, so that i was change battery, after that also phone is not working then they keep phone for 2 days, after that also phone is not working, from last 3 week i am facing this proble.
