Damaged non working products

I had bought 2 mobile handsets and a mp3 player... one mobile isnt working and the other is damaged and the mp3 palyer is not even working... i m vry dissapointed with rediff... i kindly request the higher authories to look into the matter and take necessary steps... we customers are been cheated like hell kindly give the support to the customers so that customers arent been cheated...
