Mobile phone (sch f 309)
Unexpectable behaviour and no response to the complaint

I submitted my phone at rohini"s service centre on 15th april for repairing and they said they will return it in a week, now they are not returning my phone and not even talking properly and also saying they they dont have the assesioeies required in the phone. i can not understand why they are not returning my phone. i do have the recipt issued by them while taking my phone. kindly guide me what to do next.
