I had purchased a Sony Ericsson w580i handset from The
Mobile Store, Opp. Chermas, Secunderabad on 9th August
(Customer #231502579, Invoice #: AP 208). I was offered 5%
cash back and was told that I would receive a call regarding
the same in 2 weeks. When I didn’t receive a call for 4
weeks, I called up customer care and they informed I needed
to furnish some papers and send it to them. To my dismay,
nothing of this was informed at the time of purchase. I
rushed to the store, I was relieved to know that I have time
till mid Jan. I filled up the form and send it by
courier service DTDC #H67382060 dated 22nd Nov. I
inquired the customer care and they acknowledged the receipt
of the same. Since then I have been raising enormous tickets
and making numerous calls to customer care and have not
received the amount I am entitled to. All this has been a
trauma with a case of false lucrative offer, untrained staff
and loss of money to the customer. The tickets pending with The mobile Customer Care are: R100001168 and ii-00001937. It's been more than a year, I want people to be wary of such offers in future
