I didn't found any reason to believe that your concern team failed to provide any feedback. Even no one responded from your side. this type of serious negligence on your part compelling me to think that the issues should addressed to the Indian Consumer Complaints Commission. Plz do the needful enabling me to be loyal and to maintain a good relation with your company.

Respected Sir,
Please go through the attachments. My name is Siddhartha Dey, Till today I am a very satisfied Customer of Mobile Store thats why I purchased three mobiles from your stores.. But now due to a mishap I am sorry to say sorry. The facts are mentioned below.
1 .I purchased a samsung mobile /handset on 08.08.209.
2. Your store executive assured me that I am eligible for a cash back offer currently going on.
3. They provided me a form (attached herewith)
4. I duly signed that form, filled all the necessary information.
5. According to their instruction I posted the same along with a photocopy of the bill to the concerned address.
6. On not receiving any cheque after a reasonable time period I am mailing my issues to you for your kind attention.
7. Please keep in view that this assured cash back influenced me to purchase that particular mobile and I sent that courier to the concerned address in exchange of Rs.80/-/- for which I have the Proof of Delivery.
Now in this circumstances it is my kind request to you please help me to get my assured cash back (as per terms and policies mentioned in that form it was available for every purchaser of mobile set in that category) as soon as possible.
Please revert asap.
