Dear Sir/madam,
I am a valid customer of Modicare aqua product. I need to replace the candle of the water filter. Repeatedly i called the customer care (Kolkata office), but unfortunately they are not putting any attention, and finally misbehaving to the extreme extent.
I do really felt upset and could not get understand how a employee of such a reputed company can misbehave to this extent, not giving value to the reputation of the company.
Please help me to lodge a complain officially, so that the other valid customer will not face this trouble in near future.
