Dear sir,
we have purchase a mono laser mfp printer in the month of june and four month it was working properly but after it there was some scanning and printing problem strated in the printer and we have complain many times to the company but there is no statisfactry response received and our first complain number is -8413520740 and after this complain one person of the company came to our office, his mobile no-09582158530, he solved the problem but next day same problem started again and when we call to same person about it he irgnore our call and making some excuses for get ride of coming here again then we again complain to customer care but they start giving us time for their executive visit but it was about one month but no executive come and we have to face many problem for that, we have call to mr-ANAND (manager) and his cell no-9999024849, and mr-mishra store incharge many times but they always made excure that their store is transfering or printer parts is out of stock so plz call after few days, our firm is a CA FIRM and there are lots of paper work and this is the last financial month so we have to take photocopy or scanning from outside from the shop, sir plz take stric action and look into the matter as early as possible.
