Greetings for the day,
I am writing to you with respect to challenge faced by my good self with Morphy Richards for Repairing and replacement of their Product Sandwich Toaster.
Have made several attempts to reach them and every time alloted with a new complaint registration number.
Also their dealer Jay Ambe electronics is a pathertic after sales service centre wherein the numbers are not reachable and calling their staff on their numbers they switch off the cell phones with no response.
I was given the details of Person named Mr. Naral No:8898344136 is never answered must have made approx 100 calls him but all went unanswered.
The product i Bought in the month of of October but used it for the first time in December, there were problem observed immediately after the first use, the product malfunctioned.
Once the service centre repaired but still the problem remained unsolved.
I asked for replacement and since then i am trying to reach them but unfortunately their people are so unresponsive that they take the call, listen to the issue and then switch off their numbers.
I request a firm action to be taken against this international brand for cheating the Indian Customers and being non responsive to their complaints.
These are the International MNC's entering the Indian Market with Assured promises of quality product and after sales.
Unfortunately its all fake...
I seek consumer forums support for strict action against such brand which are into false promises and no proper customer support.
