Lcd Tv No Power & Display Problem

I bought a LCD 24 inch TV in 29th April from Great Eastern Trading Co. Address: 277/2/1, B.T.Road (SINTHIMORE) KOLKATA-700036. But yesterday 11th January. There was no power in the Tv.

So there is no display. I am trying them by phone but there is low response from Mosarbaer Service Company.

My Vat no is:19451500017 and Tax Credit Memo No: BT/00728/11-12.So, if you look upto this matter it will be good for me.
