Mp3 player is not working properly

I bought mp3 player in october after some days it was not working properly then i went srervice centre of mosrebear, from there they gave me another address and phone number, i asked them and they also told that they services other product of moserbear now i have only two months of warranty and i want that they provide service for my mp3 player.
