I deposited my handset, serial no L32ANW288Z, model:- sterling EX115/IMEI 354722041147654 on dated 1/8 at radington india ltd (authoriserd srvice centre) mulund office.i have registered my complaint vide no110808008354 to the motorola customer care.after 4 days customer care is not in position to update me on my registered complaint.there service centre is saying that mobile is dead because of sticky liquide and not because of water... my handset is in warrnty period, but company is denying to provide service... they are demanding for repair charges

Please update my status on urgent basis.
