Hello Sir/ Madame,
This is sanjiv gaurav residing in Sector 51, Kendriya Vihar, Noida. I am drafting this complaint to bring it into your knowledge that Motorla which says gives the best service in the market is totally wrong. It's really pethetic and the worst service in it's field. I encountered a problem with my handset almost 3 months back when my cell was in warranty period. I surrendered the handset at the Noida service centre (Motorola care, sec 27, beside Vinayak hospital) to get it fixed but everything gone in vain. Till today i am waiting for my issue to be fixed. They are just making things round and round saying that it has been send to L2, L3 and do not where else... They even sent it to their headquarters but received the ceel back in the same condition. The person involved in this are Mr. J.P. Sharme (Cell # 91-9411639333) and Mr. Dheer (Cell # 91-9312848586). I want your co-operation in teaching these troublesome people or company a good lesson so that it doesnt happen someone else.
