I had purchased one handset EM 30 Cherry in January from The Mobile Store, Udaipur, later the instrument had charging problem. The instrument was taken to the local authorised service center (RISHABH TELECOM, Udaipur) where it was informed that the instrument would be sent to the company for repair. It was them submitted to the service center on 22/12. After giving the handset to the center it took almost three months to get it repaired & that too after so many regular follow-ups. I was not getting any satisfactory response from the center. After that when my handset was given to me in March it again started new problem, there was no sound from ear piece. Again it was given to the same service center on 5th April till date I haven't got any response. So now its almost six months I am not using my handset. Kindly do the needful in this regard, the details are appended below:
