Onida split a/c 1.5 tonne
Cooling problem

I have purchased 1.5 tone split a/c frpm talwar electrovision, ludhiana on aug. but now my a/c is not cooling properley. My a/c is under warranty. i have complain twice but my a/c problem is not solved. i have mailed twice but no response. Please solve my problem. i'll be very thankful to you.
