I have bought a Motorola Defy from Reliance digital in october. The handset is defective piece (also admitted by service center) as the contacts are getting merged, blue tooth is extremely slow and it hangs more than an often. I have submitted the handset in pune motorola service centre near JM road. I have also lodged a request at the customer care office but not getting any response.
It has been almost a month sine i have raised the request of handset replacement but still not getting any response.
Being a manager and working in Accenture in Pune, I am facing lots of problem without the phone as i am unable to check my mails on mobile.
Please get this issue resolved as soon as possible or I have to take legal action against the company.
