ON 17.12.2011 (19 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE) THE MOBILE BECAME DEFUNCT WITH TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING AND CAN NOT MAKE/RECEIVE CALLS.
CONTACTED INFIBEAM CUSTOMER CARE WHO SAID THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING AND ADVISED TO SEE MOTOROLA REPAIR SERVICE AT BHUBANESWAR 'SMART SERVICES' FOR WARRANTY REPAIR.
SMART SERVICE SAID THEY HAVE NOTED THE COMPLAIN AND ASKED FOR SPARES WHICH WILL TAKE 7 DAYS.THEY ADVISED ME TO CALL THEM ON PHONE BEFORE COMING FOR REPAIR.
NOW I AM WITH A DEFUNCT EXPENSIVE MOBILE (RS.8649/-) JUST 19 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WAITING FOR REPAIR.
