Fauly Set not replaced even under warranty

I have sent a complaint both to motorola and flipkart.com and they are not responding well..Copy of the complaint is as follows

"I purchased MOTO EX115 from flipkart.com vide invoice # 798386 dated november 10th. The set was supplied defective, the defect being echo in the microphone. When i contacted flipkart.com they directed me to Khurana Bros. at UG7D Jaina Towers, Janakpuri in New delhi. There one person Mr Sanjeet reluctantly agreed that the set was faulty and needs replacement he asked me to deposit the set there and come after few days to recollect the replacement. I told them that i'v directions from flipkart.com to collect DOA certificate from them and flipkart will give the replacement at home against the DOA given by them. At khurana bros. refused to give DOA and insisted that it is not their policy DOA . I'v contacted flipkart after that and they have not been able to sort out this problem.

I'v not been able to use mobile effectively since day 1. i request you to take due notice of inconvenience caused to me, i'v wasted lot of time, money and effort on this exercise. Hope you will intervene and get the replacement without any more hassles! "
