I AM RUNNING ABOUT FROM THE SEVICE CENTRE THAT

IS JOHNSON ON FC ROAD

THEN TO VARIOUS OUTLETS FOR REPLACEMENTS AS

JOHNSON HAD SENT ME TOO AND NOTHING HAPPENED

NOW IT IS BETWEEN MOTOROLA AND RELIANCE AS

PRAVIN WHO HEADS THE MOTOROLA IS BOMBAY

TOLD ME THAT IT IS THE DUTY OF RELIANCE THAT

IS RAVINDRA WHO HAS NOW BEEN TRANSFERRED

TO BOMBAY TO GIVE ME THE REPLACEMENT

WITH A WARRANTRY FOR 1 YEAR

EACH 1 IS PUSHING THE BUCK

MOTOROLA THAT IS PRAVIN SAYS THAT

RELIANCE PURCHASE THE HANDSETS FROM MOTOROLA

AND SO IT IS RELIANCE DUTY TO GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT

WITH A WARRANTRY

I HAVE GONE ON A NUMBER OF CONFERENCE CALLS WITH

PRAVIN MOTOROLA AND RAVINDRA RELIANCE BOTH TALK

VERY SWEETLY BUT HOWEVER I AM IN SQUARE 1

RELIANCE GAVE ME A PIECE ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO

WITH NO WARRANTRY

I TOLD THEM I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THIS HANDSET

AND SHOULD I USE IT AND IT GOES DEAD AGAIN THEN

WHAT DO I DO

IF THIS IS NEW THEN I NEED A WARRANTRY FOR IT FOR

1 YEAR THEY PROMISED BUT TILL DATE NOTHING IS DONE

THE HEAD OFFICE IS THE THE USA

I CHECKED THE SITE BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GO TO THE

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

IT WAS ALL SORTED OUT AND I JUST HAD TO PICK UP THE

HANDSET

ALSO LET ME TELL U THE BOX WAS VERY OLD FADED BOX

I ASKED AMIT THE SERVICE ENGINEER AT RELIANCE AT

GODREJ MELINIIUM AS TO WHY IT LOOKED SO OLD AMIT

SAID IT WAS LYING IN THE STORE ROOM I TOLD HIM WOULD

HE BUY A SET LOOKING AT THE BOX HE JUST SMILED
