Not repaired even after one month

I have handed over the Motorola Mobile phone W270 with the authorised service centre- Celltech 5/2, N P Tower, West Fort, Thrissur. Ph; 0487-2387386 on 22.10.2009. I could not get back the handset after repair even after one month. Work order No. TRS 529 dated 22.10.09
