Dear Sir,

I have sent you the soft copy of PAN card & Acknowledgment of PAN Application in pdf formate.

In this PAN card, By mistake you have printed my Father's name rong. In place of SADIKBHAI MOHAMMADBHAI you have written it DADKBHAI MOHAMMADBHAI PATEL.

So can you tell me that what is the process to change the name of my father???
