'Padmini' Induction cooker not working again and again

Hi,

I have bought Padmini Essentia (Induction cooker) from a dealer in

OCT. My Product id is PE12D1307. My Induction cooker is not working again and again. This company has a very bad customer service too. They respond nothing. Induction cooker damaged more than 10 times in 2 months. NOW I am too frustrated. Company neither replacing my product nor repair. I want my money back ASAP. My Induction cooker is under warranty.

Please Please Help.
