Delay in servicing despite of repeated calls

Dera sir,

deeply regret to complaint against climate makers (sales agent for carrier airconditioners) that quaterly service of a/c is not being done in time, despite of repeated calls it is being postponded and i am feeling as i have been badly cheated.
